We don't anticipate any issues, but we all know there are always issues. We promise to be as responsive as possible as quality customer service is a key focus of this new venture.
FAQs
1. What if I don't see my school's rivalry?Well, we are sorry to hear that. All rivalries are important to us, but we are just getting started with this website so we can be everything to everyone. Tell you what, if you email us and have 5 other friends email us saying your rivalry should be there, then we will post it on the site ASAP. Just email us at rivalryrags@gmail.com
2. What if I have a design idea for an awesome shirt, but I am not a designer?
That really sucks, and we want to help turn your idea into reality. If you email us your idea, we will try and connect you to graphic designers we know out there. If it is fairly simple, you probably can put the design together yourself after learning a few photoshop techniques. There are a ton of great design tools on the web these days. Also, you might try and find a designer you know. Almost anyone that is a photographer, graphic artist, web designer, or logo designer can help make your design become a reality.
3. What if I say I want to purchase a shirt, but only if I can purchase it before the big game?
You are under no obligation to actually purchase a shirt design if you voted Yes on the design page. We understand you want to wear the shrit to the big game so we will have to be selective in what designs we print.
